So, I am finally into my new house and got some time to burn before I leave at 4:30am to head to the airport and I figured I’d throw up a new post! I’m heading down to Tampa, Florida for a biz trip and to meet up with the infamous Extreme John. Flight leaves at 7:30am and I’ve got an hour plus drive to BWI! Wooooo!
I haven’t done any work with completely owning the SE results for shitty Preserve @ Owings Crossing Apartments, but I’ve got some decent 2nd page listings already. Just wait guys, this is only the beginning! I will have you begging me to take it down..Believe it.

Onto a brighter note, the house is absolutely amazing and things have really come pretty far in a week besides shitty Comcast but I’ll save that for another post. Everything is in and setup for the most part – with the exception of my office that is still scattered until I find a new desk I like and cough up the money for it. I’m a picky SOB – I know. =) My neighbors have been great so far and the neighbor at the end of my driveway works in software development (I think that’s what he said) and his wife is an RN. Sounds familiar, doesn’t it? (For those of you who don’t know me and if you care the least bit, I work online and Cari is halfway through school for her RN degree)

As far as the house goes, I’d like to thank a few people and sorry if I miss anyone. It’s late and I’m drinking. Every little bit helps and we both appreciate it very much!

Cari – I love you girl…more than anything in this world!

Mom & Dave – First and foremost, thank you both very very much for the tools and EVERYTHING both of you have done for me in the last few years (mom, the last 22+!). Hopefully I can put them to good use around the house! Can’t wait to get ya back up here to help me garden. Hehehehe. Love ya both and wish you the best of luck on the new marriage!

Lenny - Superstitious much? LOL. Love ya bro..and btw, she LOVED the pizza. Brownie points!!!

My future mother-in-law – I’m only a phone call away like I said! Don’t hesitate! Thank you very much for everything you’ve done and for creating such a beautiful and intelligent (& sometimes pain in the butt) daughter!

Extreme John – Bro, you’ve changed my life – Flat out. Not only are you the best boss ANYONE could ever ask for, you’re a great friend and I could NEVER repay you for everything that you have done for me. Not only have you helped me out when I was down and out, you continued to help and still do. I said 2009 will be a good year and I mean it 150%!!!!!!! I could go own but I’ll leave it at that.

Lisa & Michele – You both rock! Thank you both for everything you’ve done for me too!

Michelle – Thanks for the HD gift card, definitely helps since that’s my new playground! Keep her under control for me! Hahahah

Patsy – You’re awesome! You’ve done so much for Cari and I since we’ve all met, I’ll find out somehow to repay ya rather you like it or not!    ..and thanks a ton for that delicious chili and the crock-pot!!!!

If I forgot ya, don’t feel bad. I still love ya! As Jamie Foxx said, blame it on the alcoholllllllllll….

It’s been a while since I last posted as you can tell but I wanted to post some pictures of my trip to Cocoa Beach, Fl. with Cari. It was an awesome short get-away so I cant complain. We met up with Cari’s friend who she hasn’t seen in who knows how long, got some time with my grandparents, got to see my aunt and her kids who I haven’t seen in years, went on a shitty casino boat which I will be posting about too, had an insane taxi driver who I thought was gonna kill us and even stopped by the Cocoa Beach Ron Jons for my third time. We had a great trip overall except when we flew back and had to deal with a completely ice covered parking lot at the airport! Check back soon as I post some more pictures and reviews on my trip. I need some time away and have been wanting to go down to Florida to spend some time with my grandparents, so I recently bought a flight for Cari and I to Florida for the end of this month (I hate you Airtran..we’ll get to that in another post). We’re only going down for a few days but it sure will be relaxing to say the least. Not to mention that it’s been freezing cold here in Maryland! My grandparents have a timeshare ocean front condo in Cocoa Beach for two months after Christmas and we’ll be staying with them. My aunt from California should also be there with her kids that I have yet to see. Family reunion, vacation, get-a-way..call it what you want but I’m excited. It will also be Cari and I’s two and a half year anniversary or pretty damn close, so we’ll be celebrating that too.

Should be a great time getting to see family and get some time away…from this computer! I’m also looking forward to Ron Jon’s Surf Shop since every time I’ve been to Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral I’ve stopped in there and it’s a pretty fun place. Enough boring you with my crap, I’m out of here and back to work!

I have one of the best jobs in the world and by far one of the best bosses ever. November 4th through the 7th I was in Hollywood, Florida getting some business done and relaxing..if that’s what you want to call it with Extreme John, his wife, Michele, Goody and Topp from Blacc Wolf Cartel, MS, James, couple other people who decided to join (sorry, I suck with names) and a handful of the Florida Honnies. We headed down to do some shoots, do some biz and go to the WEC cage fight that got rescheduled because of hurricane Ike. What was supposed to be a relaxing week turned into a hectic and alcohol filled week with some gambling mixed in. Not that I’m complaining but don’t try to hang with Extreme John…Specially with drinking! Lace and John have had some battles before and John always seems to murder me in the drinking game as you’ll see in a bunch of pictures. After Hollywood, we all headed back to Tampa to finally relax and have a few meetings which was very nice and calm for the most part – Until I missed my flight. Some 80 year old bastard (I have nothing against seniors) decided to rearrange his luggage for a good thirty minutes since both of his bags were over 50 pounds and AirTran charges $39 for any luggage over that weight. Needless to say, I missed my flight and ended up taking a taxi back to Tampa and stayed for another day, booked a nice biz class flight and finally headed back home. All in all it was a long but eventful week and I had one hell of a time. I’ll have to go through the pictures and get them up soon but with 500+ pics, it’s going to take awhile.

On a side note….Happy Birthday Nik and happy belated birthday, Tom!!!
