Well, found out the ads were erroneous – the management are going to contact ForRent.com and the magazine to make sure they don’t advertise “Utilities Paid” of any sort. Too bad they just can’t go back to the way it was before, or at least get individual water and gas meters installed in each unit so it’s not averaged out with some complicated formula and then each unit pays for its own usage, not everyone’s.
