Let me just run a few things passed you to clear you up on these points since it seems you have such a hard time comprehending english. MY ignorance comes from the near $20,000 I spent at the Preserve. If you don't like my language, don't visit. You chose to come here, I didn't force you. It's MY blog and MY personal feelings. This apartment complex is a joke - to put it gently. "My girlfriend could have just got out of the shower" - Read again, COULD. Park where I'm not supposed to? I was in the lines, there was NO curb. What do the trees have to do with my driving? I drive just fine. The tree was dripping sap over all of the cars. BGE was high. I don't care what you say. In my nearly 3,000 sq ft HOUSE now, it's roughly $70-100/month. My apartment was claimed to be 900 sq ft and one level. I've got plenty of energy saving tips. I run CFL's everywhere, my windows are insulated, dual zone heat/ac, I think I'm good. Please, go on. Tell me how your job at the Preserve is going. Any normal human being who is responsible for self- renting or owibg would have more commen sense than the person who wrote this review! First your language just shows how ignorant you are- Your girlfriend was in the shower...how would she have heard maintenace knock? Second- parking- clearly if you wanted a place with parking right outide your building you should have rented a place that assigned you a spot right outside your door and be prepared to pay for it! I mean c;mon common sense! If you park where you are not supposed to park you are going to get towed- No matter where you are! Again complaining about TREES! TREES! GROW UP! If you can't drive Ihope you have car insurance to pay for the damage you caused to your own car! Your BGE is only $120!! Wow GROW UP! BGE had an eighty percent (80)increase last year...thats about average and most that bill is your usage- log onto to BGE.COM for tips on energy saving........I could go on and on but clearly ....
