So, I am finally into my new house and got some time to burn before I leave at 4:30am to head to the airport and I figured I’d throw up a new post! I’m heading down to Tampa, Florida for a biz trip and to meet up with the infamous Extreme John. Flight leaves at 7:30am and I’ve got an hour plus drive to BWI! Wooooo!
I haven’t done any work with completely owning the SE results for shitty Preserve @ Owings Crossing Apartments, but I’ve got some decent 2nd page listings already. Just wait guys, this is only the beginning! I will have you begging me to take it down..Believe it.

Onto a brighter note, the house is absolutely amazing and things have really come pretty far in a week besides shitty Comcast but I’ll save that for another post. Everything is in and setup for the most part – with the exception of my office that is still scattered until I find a new desk I like and cough up the money for it. I’m a picky SOB – I know. =) My neighbors have been great so far and the neighbor at the end of my driveway works in software development (I think that’s what he said) and his wife is an RN. Sounds familiar, doesn’t it? (For those of you who don’t know me and if you care the least bit, I work online and Cari is halfway through school for her RN degree)

As far as the house goes, I’d like to thank a few people and sorry if I miss anyone. It’s late and I’m drinking. Every little bit helps and we both appreciate it very much!

Extreme John – Bro, you’ve changed my life – Flat out. Not only are you the best boss ANYONE could ever ask for, you’re a great friend and I could NEVER repay you for everything that you have done for me. Not only have you helped me out when I was down and out, you continued to help and still do. I said 2009 will be a good year and I mean it 150%!!!!!!! I could go own but I’ll leave it at that.

A nice neighbor who recently left this place (Do you really need to know why?) was talking to me about a month or two ago and I remember him speaking of the infestation in his apartment. He made multiple complaints to the health dept AND the idiot managers/employees at the Preserve @ Owings Crossing leasing center…and guess what? NOTHING WAS DONE! Imagine that. They could give two shits about anyone here. All they care about is their paycheck but its funny because every time I go in the leasing center, there is someone new.

THE PRESERVE @ OWINGS CROSSING IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!

Yeah, you read it right, roaches and NOTHING was done. No wonder he wanted to move. Now I’m lucky enough not to have any creatures crawling through my house but have also read some reviews on these horrible apartments that mentioned bugs…How does this place stay afloat?

If you haven’t noticed Preserve @ owings crossing – I am going to literally OWN every single search term for apartments in Reisterstown along with any having to do with your name and your parent company. I will spend my valuable time just to make sure I can get at least one person to ditch this section 8 property. I hope you guys have an SEO GOD to pull you out of this one. -laugh-

As you can tell, I hate The Preserve at Owings Crossing in Reisterstown, Maryland from my recent posts and I have to say, I am more then ecstatic for my settlement tomorrow!!!

Two years in this horrible apartment is more then enough time and I am ready to get to my HUGE house. Hey, may not be huge to you but for myself and Cari, a 3br/3ba and 4 floors + 2 decks is more then enough – not to mention the almost acre of land! I’ll have my OWN driveway and wont have to worry about being towed so the property can pinch every penny out of me.

I will update with some more pictures and all as we move in and get settled in. Things are nuts right now as I’m sitting on the floor with my laptop. Yeah, the couch me behind me – oh well.

Speaking of parking and this shitty apartment complex known as The Preserve @ Owings crossing, I just spoke to a neighbor who also got towed but they got their car out for FREE! Just another thing I can use to my advantage when I SUE YOU IDIOTS! And believe me, I haven’t forgot – just busy trying to get out of here and don’t have time to run to the courthouse!

Once again, I’d like to send a F*CK YOU out to the management and ignorant neighbors at The Preserve @ Owings crossing. I cannot wait to get out of this place and should never never moved here since day 1.

You know, I wanted to write out this huge post about how shitty The Preserve @ Owings Crossing is – formally known as Owings Manor, but I’ll keep it short and not so sweet. Now only is this place complete shit, the management is run by a bunch of ignorant fucking assholes who could care a less about anything but their salary.

If you read my post below, you’ll see I posted a shit ton of reviews. Take a look at a few I picked out:

“Worst Apartment complex you can chose…‎”
“Run Away And DONT Look Back‎”
“I have lived here for 10 1/2 months. I am counting down the days until we get the keys to our new apartment. I HATE THIS PLACE.”

And the list goes on. It’s no surprise that this place is a complete and utter fucking mess.

I have lived here for two years come July and you know, the first couple months of living here were ok but here, I’ll just list the problems:

Parking – My girlfriend and I have to park in the other court ALL of the time since all of our court is packed full of cars. We’ve made multiple complaints and nothing happens but I have 2 wheels on the grass, get towed and have to shell out $220 for fucking nothing!

Screen – Our screen broke so we called to have it replaced, they couldn’t get us a new one but brought in another old and bent up screen that doesn’t even shut.

Maintenance – These assholes obviously don’t need much more than a middle school education. They’ve walked directly in on my girlfriend while she was getting ready for work – no knock or ANYTHING. If I was here, I would have literally beaten the living shit out of these guys. My girlfriend could have just got out of the shower and be nude in OUR apartment. I’d love to see them do it again – you’ll have a nice surprise waiting. Needless to say, when I called leasing about it all I got was “sorry they don’t usually do that.” Read the fucking reviews, we’re not the only people having problems with your maintenance men.  And if you want something fixed, be prepared to call multiple times – if they even do anything about it.

Neighbors – I won’t even begin to go into details about this but let’s just say we’ve had criminals, had fights 7am in the morning through 3am, slamming doors, evictions, marijuana smoke and cigarette smoke in the hallways, etc.

Laundry – Yeah, screw all of the money I lost in their broke ass machines and clothes that have been ruined. They lowered their prices finally which is a lot nicer than the $2.25 or 2.50/load they had originally…a little excited..NOT

Car Wash – What car wash? The thing works for a few weeks then someone breaks it, constantly. Also have people from other complex’s coming to use it all of the time.

Gym – Again, what gym? I have been there twice. The first time was ok, nothing special but the second time I went there – all they had was a two 20 year old treadmills, and everything else was BROKE!

Management – they’re all assholes here. The attitude of the employees working in leasing is horrid. They need to be slapped around and realize, I PAY YOUR SALARY YOU FUCKS!

Windows/doors – You’ll see in other reviews, you get such a draft in your house from the doors and windows, your heat is ALWAYS running in the winter. $120+ BGE bill for a one bedroom apartment is INSANE.

Theft – Yup, had valve caps and my hitch cover stolen. Girlfriend has hers stolen too. Not much but still ridiculous.

Graffiti/Destruction – Kids recently thought it would be fun to spray paint the trash cans and balconies of the apartments around here, along with breaking windows in the hallways.

Mailbox – It took multiple calls to get our mailbox fixed. Mailman would not leave the mail since it wouldn’t close so we had to continuously pick it up..what fun!

Trees - This one is interesting. Last summer my girlfriend got sap ALL over her hood and fender from the trees here. Needless to say, they had to repaint her fender. I just got sap all over my Jeep; hood, grille, etc. and the flat out tell me “Park somewhere else.” I love you guys!

All in all – Waterton Residential, Preserve at Owings Crossing, Janile or whatever the hell you name is (you’re an ignorant bitch by the way), and the rest of the employees at leasing and maintenance, FUCK YOU!

I’ve got two weeks left in this place and I am out to my new HOUSE, but these last few weeks will be fun to say the least.

Why I even go to this place amazes me. I went out with Cari last night to grab some last minute gifts for the holidays and I made a huge mistake by even stepping foot in Owings Mills mall. This place completely sucks. From every other store being closed to the people working – there’s nothing even good to say about this place. Even the McDonald’s in the food court shut down recently! As if the mall wasn’t bad enough, the people and employees working in this place need five fingers across their face!

So, it ended with stopping by Bath & Body Works to grab a small gift basket for someone which I had eyed up earlier in the night. I walk in, make my pick and head to the counter to stand behind someone making an exchange.  I’m standing there for a few minutes waiting with products in my hand and another woman walks up to the other side of the counter. Cari looks at me and says “She just cut in front of you.” Me thinking like any other normal person said “No, I doubt it. There’s no one working that side.” Damn if not a minute later, one of the employees walks up and begins to ring her stuff up. Do you NOT see me fucking standing there waiting? Is it because this mall is nothing but black people and I’m the sore fucking thumb white guy? I swear black people are just as fucking racist as white people – I don’t care what you say, it’s TRUE! Needless to say, I threw the socks back and put my gift basket back and walked out. That’ll be the last time I ever set foot back in that Bath and Body works or probably any at that. Actually, I hope this whole mall shuts down soon! Maybe they can build something useful like a park…doubtful but anything would be better than this shit hole.

If that wasn’t enough for you, I’d like to point out the cashier at Best Buy in Owings Mills who thought it was professional to chow down and crunch on sunflower seeds then spit them into her bottle WHILE ringing me up! How do these people get away with this shit? I’m not even going to get into the countless times I’ve seen these people texting and playing on their cell phones either…just like you dickhead cops in court!

And people wonder why they cannot keep a job and why they can’t make sales or even be profitable. I think this is one of the many problems with our economy since it sure as hell isn’t helping out any!

Thanks to MS, he told me about two awesome articles which talk about malls closing and stores leaving. Can’t always put all of the blame on our economy. How about you cut expenses and invaluable employees first?
